looking at cars

Hey everyone. I am lookint at a 1997 tiburon and i wanted to know if they are good cars. It has low miles and is a five speed. I was wondering if someone could tell me if they last long, if they have a lot of mechanics problems, ect. Any information that you could provide would be greatly appreciated.

i read hyundai forums all the time, and i never see major mechanical problems with tiburons. everyone that says they fall apart are basing that on hyundai's old cars, which were honestly, pretty crappy. the beta engine though, is hyundai's best engine, and comes in every tiburon except the new v6 one.

you gotta think about it though, hyundai would not put a 10 year warranty on something they thought would fall apart soon.
