My 96 Blazer Is Not Getting Fuel. What System Parts Should I Check Out Before Replacing Fuel Pump?

Basically check the ECM BATT fuse in the fuse box and the fuel pump relay in the relay center.
If they are O.K. then most likely you will need to replace the pump (replace the fuel filter also)
The fuel pump gets its power from 2 sources..the relay and the oil pressure switch. It is unlikely that both those parts failed.
99% of the time the fuel pump will fix the problem.
