How to get factory 6x9 out?!

How can I get the 6x9 speakers out without tearing up the carpet?

not very good instructions. but just be very easy with it as always. i wan't able to pull back dash out all the way. i was however, able to lift it up just high enough to take old out and put new in. good luck

the back speakers should be accessed through the trunk

depending on the year of the cavy. If its a 94 and older they are accessed by the way of the trunk and are held in with a simple spring clip. If it's a 95 to present you will need to drop your rear seat and pull off some plastic panels in order to access the speaker.

You can grip the plactic pieces of the back dash and just rip them out, there held on by clips so dont be worried about breaking them. Once you get the two off the back will slide out and then you have all the access you need. Start taking the plastic piece by the top of the doors first.

I mean they wont break. :grinno:
