removing headrest: 2dr 2001 Sunfire

Does anyone have a clue how to remove the headrest on a 2001 pontiac sunfire? i want to do away with the seat belt guides so i can put some seat covers in it........any help would be appreciated!!!!!

I don't think there's an easy way to do it. I had the same problem with seat covers and I ended up just cutting the seatbelt guides away with a hacksaw. Just gotta be careful around the apholstery, and I'm sure there's better tools for the job, heh, hope this helps
