F-Max Turbo for Integra????

I think i am going to go with the F-Max kit. I dont know why, but it just seems like they did their research and that they are using good quality products and that i wont get ripped off.

But now my question is, what should i do to my engine in preparation for the turbo (i still need to save money so i have a few months before i go out and buy the turbo).

For all of these if you have companies and websites that make them or carry them for my B18B i would greatly appreciate it.

Pistons
Rods
Crower Cam Shafts
Skunk2 cam gears
Skunk2 intake manifold
Bored out throttle body (where can i get this done)
Apex-i turbo timer
Apex-i boost controller (why do i need a boost controller if the springs in the wategate and bov are already set to a certain ammount of boost??)
Fuel rail
Port/Polish (where can i get this done)

and anything else????
