h22 engine swap

Will I need to change the fuel pump in my civic if I swap the 1.5 ltr engine with the H22?

Also, is it easy to counteract the imbalance in weight the swap will inevitably cause? If someone has done such a swap and succesfully achieved this could they tell me how they did it or if any of you know then that would be great.

Cheers

Yes get a new fuel pump. I did, before the swap. And there is not a really big weight problem either after you do the swap. All you really need is a strong aftermarket suspension to help hold that engine up so when you hit bumps it don't scrape the ground. The h22 motor will sit lower in your car than that d15 does. I went first with a TEIN SS suspension system in my 95 civic. Also I got the suspension for a 94-01 Integra application because they have stiffer spring rates which help a lot. Have fun with your motor.
