Does anybody know
how much it will be
for a I4 Tiburon
with a good turbo (tell me what to buy)
a AEM intake
Mussa catback
estimation price

also
how much horsepower would this generate
i'm trying to make below 13.7 at the quarter
i don't want a web site so do'nt post one here
they're useless to me
and would this ride like shit
or would it ride smoothly

you wouldnt get a aem intake if you had a turbo, because the turbo stations the intake ina totally different place. maybe you could get the aem cone filter though.

here is the turbo $2800
http://shop.hyundaiperformance.com/shop/cat.php?c=15

mussa exhaust
http://www.hyundaiperformance.com/forums/topic.php?t=31093&p=2
*read the second page. it says 740 shipped for the exhaust.

prolly about 3540 for the turbo and catback.

this would prolly give you about 205 whp and a best e.t of 14.5. these are all estimations though.

it would still ride smoothly as long as you did nothing to the suspension.

so if it only reaches to about 205 hp
den isn't it better if i get the GT v6 and just add a AEM intake
and a mussa cat back
wo'nt that equal about the same
and the engine won't bust cuz it'll only be around 210
right?

click on "Turbo w/ intercooler kit". you will see its for the 2003 I4 under the "Applications" box. The beta I and beta II are the same engine, apart from very minor differences.

the two scenarios would prolly give the same amount of hp, but the v6 tib would be heavier. i would go with the turbo I4 because if you eve rwant more power, yoou would always be able to add it without the engine breaking.

if you'r looking for 13's your going to need around 300hp@crank. So basicly your going to need to piece together a kit like i'm doing. You will get better parts and for less then 1/2 the cost. the best turbo kit only takes you to 280hp. If you want more info just email me at [email protected] and i'll kinda give you and idea of what you'll need and how much it will cost.

...check out the turbo kit on hyundaiperformance.com and look into a CO2 system for your intercooler (an intercooler cooler :D)... with those two mods and some tuning you should be pushing around 210 ponies under the hood and you still haven't touched the exhaust (open it up a LOT if you go turbo) or bothered with reprogramming the CPU....
