Keep Blowing Fuel Pump Fuse

My Fuel Pump Fuse Keeps Blowing-sometimes It Will Start Fine & The Fuse Will Blow While Im Driving And Cause My Jeep To Stall & Other Times It Wont Even Start & The Fuse Will Blow Right When I Turn The Key-help!

In the case of the fuel pump the most likely cause is a short to ground.
In other words, a wire has rubbed against the body and exposed the bare wire under the insulation.
Good News, cheap fix.
Bad News, Finding it.
I doubt that the fuel pump is faulty. The only [electrical] fuel pump failures that I know of occured in 15-20 year old vehicles or cars approaching 200,000+ miles.
Please post your findings so we can learn too.

Or theres a fault in the pump thats causing it to draw too much current and thus blow a fuse.
