Crazy Headlight Problem! Need Help

My bulbs were old as hell, and not working so great, so I got a set of Silverstar bulbs yesterday. After installling them, I turned on the headlights.....something crazy happened. When the dim lights are on, only the right headlight comes on. When the bright lights are on, only the left headlight comes on. I cant figure out whats going on here. Please throw some info at me and help me shed some light on this.

Maybe just coincidence that the dim filament is broken on one, and bright filament on the other. I think those have a manufacturer's 1 year warranty, I know my PIAA's did. Just return them in the box and with the receipt for some new ones.
