2dr 94 Civic speaker wire help!!!!

I installed my Infinity 6 1/2 components in the front and the left side doesn't have power nor does it have a proper ground spot. I checked the wires but it lead up to the door and I couldn't find the rest. I need to rewire the system but I figured I'd rather redo my whole cars wire system. Could anyone help me out? I have a Chilton and Haynes manual but it helps almost nothing. Any suggestions on wires and how to do this whole thing?
