On a DEI unit you plug in your valet switch and then press it after you start the car with a key. Then you are done.

Yes you press the valet switch, but there's a little more to it.To start off, are you sure you have a good tach signal? What make, model, and year car? What model remote start ? -IC:sunglasseN

if his question didn't make sense, why tell him an incomplete method of install, to help. He just needs help learning tach. Gotts be more specific or you'll pop fuses, lol. IC:sunglasseN

Reread his question. "can anyone tell me how to tach learn a remote starter??" Either he isn't sure what he wants or his grammar is terrible. Obviously no one can correctly answer this question without some sort of reply from the person who posted this.

Dude, seriously, his question did make sense. How do you tach learn. Doesn't take a genius. But if you insist on picking on people about grammer, check yourself. Because you don't make sense.

If this makes sense to you, I say whatever makes you sleep at night. Chode.

Dude, what ever. If this makes you happy...
Start the car with the key.
Within 5 sec. press and hold the valet/program switch.
The LED light will light constant when tach signal is learned.
Release the Program switch.
Besides, like it matters. The person hasn't even responded once! :icon16:
