I came across P-Mans gallery thread again, and he said he got insurance for his models. I know a few other members have insurance on their collection as well, and wondered how insurance for your model cars worked? I'm sure I'm not the only one that dosen't know... I think :D

im guessing...
its just like anything else. u probably get money if anything happens to them, they break, fire, etc. im not sure though.

I could use insurance on my kits (insurance on them before thier built, so they cover: glue on windows; messed up paint jobs, drop-age etc)

I have my insurance for my models which comes under "House and contents" but is seperate to other stuff.
With hundred's of dollars sitting on display i want to make sure that if they are stolen, house burns down etc they are all covered.

Costs around $6.00NZ a month.
Having some bastards already rip of my last collection i think its money will spent.
