Any help with a 94 Laser Turbo

Just go a 94 laser turbo, planning to take motor apart while doing body work to ls quarter. I want to know how/where i can adust the boost or put a regulator in, think i know were but dont want to mess it up. Does anyone know how much you can port the stock head? i am going to at least gasket match it, and smooth out the rest. any other tips would be greatly appreciated. I have set of Eibach Sportline Springs for sale that fit 95-99 Talon/Eclisp FWD only doest matter if its turbo or not.
