cell shading means theres outlines oround the shading... but its good anyway

yeah. its cool but as Z said it needs to have lines that separate the different shades, they dont blend together.

No, actually cel shading has lines around each different colour, while vectoring jus has lines around the major body lines.

good start. But as everyone else said you need to out line the different shades.
