heater problem

1990 cav. 4cyl. you can just hear the heater motor working but very little air out of vents or defrost.Any suggestions. ty uknow

Not sure how to fix it but we have a 98 and when you turn it on #1 nothing comes out of the vents at all, regardless of whether you have heat/air/vent on.
