What mods should be done first

I have a friend and his dad just got a black mini cooper. what do u think should be done first as far as modifications. exhuast, intake?

Does he care about voiding his warranty?
There are tons of things for these cars.
A common first upgrade is a 15% Pulley. Gets you a tad over 200hp right off the bat.

Go here and poke around. There is a vendors section. Lots of people are putting in intakes plasma boosters and cat backs.
Opps! I just realized you never said if it was an "S" or not. Well if it is an S get the pulley first. I would do some research on thart site.
Theres even a MCS that is at 13.0 flat in the 1/4 and heading fast towards high 12's.
And you thought they only handled well......
