Power REcepticle not working

I have a 98 Regal and went to put something in the power recepticle and it seems not to be working. I also tried it in the cigarette lighter hole, but still nothing, and also the actual lighter won't work. I was wondering if you had any idea what this may be. I thought maybe a fuse blew, but can't find a diagram of the fuses. Thanks in advance for the help

if you pull your fuse box cover off, there is a diagram on the back of the cover. To access the fusebox, open the front passenger door, then, on the side of the dash, remove the fusebox cover.
