DIY air-water intercooler?

I was wondering if something like this would work- http://www.homemadeturbo.com/forum/index.php?board=1;action=display;threadid=1438;sta rt=0 I tried registering on there but they weren't accepting any new people so I figured I'd ask here. The dimensions of that particular intercooler /w box was 11"wide 10"tall 4.5"thick. One concern I have was about water getting sucked up one of the charge pipes to the throttle body,etc. Perhaps the vacuum created from the turbo is not severe enough to force the water out (my application will probably run 20psi tops)...Any thoughts or insight?
