Door Panel 96

I just wanna know how to take my door panel off, i can't find and screws or anything. I gotta install some speakers but i just don't wanna break anything.

car company use these plastic things nicknamed christmas trees. check your armrest fist for plugs covering the screw heads incase if nothing found, start at the bottom and pull away the door panel. the christmas trees will stay in the panel of in the door. if they stay in the door take them out and put them in the panel before putting back together

96 what? Most of the newer Fords have the "L" plastic tabs. There are probably 2-3 hidden screws/bolts in the doorpanel....check for any pop-up plastic covers in the armrest first. Then, pop the surround off the handle. Then pop the door light cover off, there are usually screws behind these. Take the mirror access/tweeter pod off...can be a screw behind there.
After you have exhausted all these things....lift UP gently....and if you don't get some movement up, you missed something. The door panel should lift straight up...usually, bumping your hand under the armrest- straight up will help pop it out. Then, unhook your harnesses and unplug the light....and the speakers should be there waiting to be yanked out. Probably 4 7mm or phillips screws on each 5x7 speaker.
