Quad four questions

hello all... i am not really sure where to post this thread. the quad four came in quite a few cars, but figured here was as good as any. i have been reading into the quad four, and i feel that it would make a good project motor. mostly due to the wide availability in junk yards. i am just curious if anyone can give me ANY information they have about the quad four... i.e. good websites, power ratings, hp/torque curve, any performance parts web sites, just anything at all. i also was wondering if anyone knows where to find a rebuild kit to turn a 2.3 into a 2.5. i know that there are some problems with the quad four motor. i have read about people having problems with the head gasket, and the spark plugs. despite these flaws, i still want to build one. i need to show all the hondas out there that america knows how to build a motor too. i am tired of seeing lightweight civic hatchbacks with integra motors everywhere. this formula for success seems to work. take a light car and put a powerfull four cylinder in it. so, my idea is to do just the same thing... i am going to put a built up quad four into a chevette. i am hoping for around 200 hp out of the motor, in a car that weighs less than 2,000 lbs. incredibly ugly car, with a fairly pwerfull four... if that's not a sleeper i don't know what is. i can't to see the expression on those honda driver's faces. thanx a bunch for any help you can provide.
