Fuel Filter 2000 Kia Sephia

Does anyone know where the fuel filter for the 2000 Kia Sephia is located. Our car is sputtering and we have used a fuel injector cleaner which has helped slightly but it still is running rough and the "Check Engine" light it on, sometimes it just blinks but sometimes it is on steadily. Any ideas out there?

It should be undernesth the car, on the passenger side, in front of the back tire. It should be held up by a horeshoe clamp that is bolted to the underbody. :sunglasse
