help

Can anyone help me on replacing the old springs with the new coilovers on my 93 honda accord??? I dont know how to do it and if i take it to a shop, it will cost alot. Well i actuallie have an idea but i dont want to put my ideas to work because if i do, my car will come apart. Can anyone email me instructions on how to replace old springs w/ new coilovers?? I have my coilovers, i just need someone to help guide me with set of instructions and visual aids. THanks
