Hi
I can't use a handsfree kit in my 156. There is a lot of interference as soon as the engine is started. Has anyone else come across this problem?
Thanks

Hi Gruffy,
I had a Nokia handsfree kit installed in my Sportwagon JTD last Friday. Only interference I get is on my nuckles in first and second gear. But I don't dwell there long! Was it a professional installation? Where is the aerial located and does the lead/connector look OK? Also, do you get interference on your radio?
Best regards
Fonsie

Hi Fonsie
Thanks for the reply.
My hands free set is the basic £10 one, with just a mic and a earpiece that is plugged to the phone. There is a lot of static coming out the earphone as soon as the car is running. No static in the radio though. The static is there even with the radio off.
