What to buy?

I currently have a Mitsubishi Lancer OZ. I know now that it sucks and I am selling it! I don't know why I bought it without doing my research.:banghead:
I am totally new to import tuning and was wondering what car to buy next. I am open to all price ranges, within reason. I just want to know if you guys could pick a car to start with what it would be.
Desperately need input.

i am completley new to import tuning but have read alot lateley and myself am looking at 3 cars
the 2003.5 nissan spec v - 175 hp stock and plenty of tourqe @ a great price that leaves money for mods
rsx type s - little more money but a good redline and fast
2000-2003 celica gts - fast sweet ride
but like i said im a babe to tuning. these are just what im currently looking at. (not so much the rsx because of funds)
