installing newer radio in 92 voyager

Hi, I have installed a radio/cassette deck out of a 2000 caravan into my 92 voyager but it does not seem to work. I have left all the wiring how it was from the old radio and simply plugged the new one in. Do i need to redo the wiring for this new radio to work or is there something else i may not be doing correctly?

The problem might be the difference between the two radios. If your van has an Infinity and the new radio isn't then it won't work unless you switch the wiring. The reverse also applies with the radios. Are you sure the new radio works?

The radio was given to me straight out of a 2000 caravan so it shouldnt be the problem. Im not sure whether it is an infinity model or not, but its starting to sound like it is the wiring which is the problem. Does anyone know where i might find a wiring diagram for the radio for my 92 voyager? looked in the main manual and it says see radio manual (what a great help). Any help would be greatly appreciated

My Wife has a '91 that should hook-up the same. I'll check her manual and wire harness when she gets home.
