Front Seat Removel

I purchased two front seats for my 99 Grand Am from a 2001 Grand Am that was totaled. I wish to change them but first of all I have know idea whether they will fit or not. Could someone answer this question? The two legs on the front of each seat sort of have an "L" style leg that looks like it fits into a couple of notches in the floor or something. Also, if they fit, do the nuts have to be taken off from the under side of the car or are they under the seat??
Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

yes they will fit. there are 2 13mm or 30torx?? bolts holding them in at the rear of the seat
