Ladies and gents,
yeah just got a 2001 lude electron-pearl blue, hard as hell to find. Anyways, I had an accord but too slow for me, so got a lude. I have big plans for my baby, Jackson-supercharger will be the biggest project. But for now I need some ideas, I want to get coil-overs, will I need camber-kit after lowering it? Any ideas on any good coil-overs and other products I should get please list them and any good sites that I can get for decent prices for a college students income. One last question, before supercharging the car i heard that you need to rebuild the engine to handle the wear and tear of superchargers. Is this true? what kind of money are we talking here? One last thing anyone from orlando?

Oh yeah and about that question...Preludes have pretty strong engines, and you should be fine running up to about maybe 10 psi...However above that is when you should start thinking about building up your internals... You'll be looking at quite a bit of money depending on how much you want to add...cams, pistons, rods, rings, etc.

agreed. i've seen people who turbocharge or supercharge their ls's and civics without upgrading internals resulting in blown engines. but gsr's and preludes' engines in particular are capable of handling more power on stock internals.

thank you all for your input, I will probably go ahead and replace the internals before doing any supercharging, save time and money that way. well again thanx for all the replies be back soon with more questions.
