97 Maxima GLE

I have a 97 Maxima GLE... everything right now is stcok... i had a 98 honda civic but wrecked it... no i have to hook up my max.. the first thing i wanted to do was slammin' it ( make the exterior look tight )
I want to know how u other 97 Maxima GLE slammed ur Max... i heard the first thing i should do is get the diamond cut bumper lenses.. and the custom red/white tail-lights.. or maybe even the altezza'a.. i don't know how it would look on a black 97 Max.. so i was wonderin' if u others out there would hook me up with some pics.. so i can get an idea how to do things... also... i would like to know what LEGAL bulbs i can get for the lights.. so it would look real bright.. both front and back... I live in PA... and know some of the legal/illegal lights... well thanx for all ur posts...

fuck the bulbs/lights, cut them springs, 2 coils is all it takes, slammed !!

you can get coil spring clamps that are pretty cheap at your local Kragen or Napa or whatever. They are pretty cheap and pretty effective.

How do you cut the springs? Like what tool would cut them, and how long will they last, will it affect the whole suspension?

suspenion should last between 3 months or so down the road IMO. shocks will go out too

maxzero, those are 16" SE maxima wheels. The one to the rite, is GLE 15" alloys

I have Ground control Coilovers on it, The Rear is slammed all the way and I could still go another inch in the front. I got the Clears from a friend of mine that traded his lease in 2 weeks before I picked my car up. If you’re in the market for clears go to The Org (http://www.Maxima.org) people sell them there, or can tell you where to get them

I have the 15" gle alloy wheels.... i wanna get my car slammed... i was lookin at ASA JS1 17x7... and it said it fits maxima's... do i have to get new tired too when i get the rims? i hope not.. cuz i wanna save money to lower my ride... my ride jus got back from the shop... how can i lower my car... with the best conditions.. but for a cheap price.. like 600$... like do i need is struts/shocks and springs. well what is the best out there that will last for a long time.. and no problems will occur.. thank you..

they have diamond cut clear corners at custommaxima.com mine however are still on back order:cry:
