1.5 Lowering Pref & Suggestions

I've found a few integras with 16's with 205/45 and a 1.5" lowering which looks great! I found a wheel/tire package that is the same (205/45/16). I want a fairly stiff shock so I can do some autox'n, but the streets here suck and this is my daily driver so I can't have something EXTREME.
Any suggestions for springs/shocks? I don't want any coilovers or adjustable springs like that. They don't have to come as a package either from somewhere. I can't afford to go replacing everything after a year or so. So post springs and shocks that are made for each other please! All replies appreciated!

There are very few kits that are made exactly for each other, H&R Cup Kit is one good one I can think of. I've seen Neuspeed springs & matched Koni's before, cant remember where. With the Koni Yellow shocks you can adjust the ride height slightly, roughly 20mm, which is nice. I drive on an Eibach Pro-Kit and KYB AGX's every day, actually very happy with this basic set-up. H&R, Eibach, & Neuspeed make good springs -- Koni(1. yellow 2. red), KYB AGX, & Tokico Illuminas are good shocks.
You'd be better off running 14" or 15" wheels when autocrossing.

yea I wont be autocrossing constantly or anything or really serious. I read somewhere that the tokico's are good shocks but cant take a real agressive spring with a high rate which is kinda what I want but not TOO high. So I need to match a spring with a shock
