ertl box

I purcahed an Ertl 1/18 scale diecast car at a flea market. It is stock number 7403TO (67 corvette). The car is in a plain cardboard ertl box, no plastic window. It is stamped with the p/n and directions on removing the car from the box. I have never seen a box like this, it completely opens up and lies flat. Anyone have any idea if this is a rare find?
