Should I get dampers?

I recently had a garage install ground control coilovers on my 2000 celica gt and they said that I should probaly get a set of dampers. Anyone know if I should and if so what kind? Thanks!

i hear nothing but good things from TIEN.....i wanted to get the in-car adjustable dampers from them....had like 16 different settings that u could customize and adjust from inside ur car.....the whole thing cost like $1K.....if i had the money i'd get it....but they have cheaper sets.....
