engine swap 96-02 non-dirtributor

I am doing a engine swap from a 96 2.4 2rzfe to a 2002 2.4 2rzfe..
The only difference is the 2002 is distributor-less ..I have the complete wiring harness, but i am wondering if i would need to change the under dash wiring for the lights and accesories, when doing this swap.
or will it be as easy as i would like it to be and i can just plug and go with my new e.c.u. ..
