is it possible to stuff an acura nsx engine in a '01 eclipse. some people have told me yes but alot of people said it was wey to big. hit me back...

I'd stick with the nsx all together. It be better to have an nsx over an eclipse with an nsx engine.

well i know a guy whos friend did it to his eclipse. and......................im a ricer thats 14. Hell I dont even have a car.

my friend took his NSX engine and put it in an 02 eclipse, then parted out the NSX and pimp out the eclipse, the shit is hella tyte.

IMHO It's not possible. It's a MR engine versus a FWD car.
Anyway, why woudl you want to do that? It's an engine from an 80000 car into a 20000 or less car? And turbos for the NSX are 8000 up. You'll be dry before you can even get the car out the garage.

I dont understand why anyone would ever even consider doing something that dumb.

Second I dont believe that anyone that has NSX would pull the motor and put it in an eclipse. Compared to a NSX an eclipse handles like shit.

However I would not be too surprised if this is true. There would just be one more person on the mile long list of infinatly stupid people in this world.

it is entirely possible ... HAVENT you seen the CRX w/ the NSX engine stuffed in it?!, they had to redo the entire rear axle and junk to make it stay together butthey did it and i'm not joking imo you would have to put the engine in the back and restrengthen the entire chassis but its possible

slap a supercharger on a gt eclipse and it will beat an nsx...stock.. :nono:
