power steering

hi i have a A31 cefiro with a RB20DE engine, i have done a few mods, and i was down at the local track and the power steering stoped working, when i open the bonet there was p/s fluid all over the raditor and the left front corner under the hood.
when i lifted the front of the car up (after topping up the p/s fluid) i turned the wheels lock to lock to get ride of any air bubbles and it dosnt stop. bubbles just keep coming up, and there is a sucking noise coming from the rack
what have i done please help
