Radiator.com...

....SUCKS! My brand new 3core GDI piece of crap came apart on me and was ingested by my fan, destroying the radiator and the fan. I then take my Cherokee to my mechanic and he told me my engine and tranny mounts where fine and that this was the 2nd GDI radiator that had its straps come apart and wrap up in the fan blade. Since I couldnt be stranded with my daily driver I had the radiator replaced with one locally.

I called Radiator.com and tried to get them to refund my money - no can do they tell me. Although I know it says on the receipt no refunds only exchanges, what am I going to do with a second radiator?

I am out the cash for the new fan blade and fan clutch as well as the radiator (x2)!!!

For those of you thinking of upgrading - dont go with Radiator.com!!!!!!!

I warned them that I would get my money back thru bad word of mouth advertising!
