C/V joint half shafts

Has anyone experienced what sounds like road noise after having the c/v joints replaced? All of the plastic guards are in place. I did the work myself with the (not much) help of a Haynes manual and it was pretty easy. The manual spec'ed the steering hub to half shaft nut torque to be 200 ft/lbs. Is this correct?

I had rotated the tires in the process. The noise is due to irregular tire wear.
