i am looking to purchase a 96 civic 15 vti. Does it have vtec since there is no vtec written unlike the 92 model vtec which had vtec written on the top cover of the engine,Does anyone have any specs about the engine bhp 0-100 i cannot find anything thx. this car is a japan import
