wrecked my civic!

wrecked 2002 civic ex manual. was in near perfect cond with 33k on it. now windshield is broken, little bit of column damage, left quarter panel mangled, hood mangled, front bumper mangled, no left lights, radiator damage, front left frame crumpled a little bit, couple inches, and the metal tube connections to the brake box are bent. as of now not driveable, well it starts and i drove it a few hundred feet after the accident but that's about it. had a few people tell me about 5 to 6k in damages. question is, how much do you think i should ask a private party for it? don't want to salvage for a few hundred. paid 18k with interest and all...paid in full. thanks for your input!!!

You could always part it out on Ebay. Why didnt your insurance fix it?

OUCH!! how did it happen?

i thought about parting it out but i don't really know much about cars so...and i was uninsured at the time. yeah.


well i was changing lanes from left to right when everyone in the left lane i was in, including the dude who just cut me off, stopped. i turned my head left again to watch my hood coming at me. i was like, "hmm, interesting, i'm fucked!" my next car will be a mercury cougar 99-02 =)
