Um...they are AME Modelart copies....i'm not sure about keeping them tho...the rims will probably be my last mod.

Oh well. No great surprise there. Whoreship has to go to the industry's second rate mag just to get people to look at him. Muahhahahaha. Go HOT4s!!! No, seriously, nice ride but some things are way too OTT for me. Just out of interest where do you put luggage? I'm guessing it's got a stereo.

Hmm...stereo is about to be installed...I just have to arrange freight to the other end of the country so my friend can get mad with fibreglass and reconstruting a new dash!:D

I haven't decided if i'll do what I plan to do yet..but it looks like if I do it will cost a tonne of dosh....so.....i'm probably going just to save first....perhaps i'll get the thing turboed in the meantime???;)

i think both plans, stereo or turbo will cost you a tonne of $$$ but if it was me i'll go for the turbo first

Elmo- Yeah im talking about the green ek with the red bucket seats!! Hes got a brand new head and block in there from Honda ($1500 bucks) cheap aye, and yeah its pinging already, hes now turned it right down to like 4, its was only ever runnign 6psi i fink.

he is running standard cpu, but has tricked it so it doesnt pick up boost. That i reackon could be half his prob. Not enough fuel maybe?:flash:

my friend with a SiR civic like moppie wants to turbo his car and everyone said you can trick your factory computer to run boost but how do you do it??? is there someone that knows what to do?

Back on the market bcos I can't stand commiting to something i'm not ready for...you know how it is..or maybe not?

I think that a badly set up turbo install will run poorly if it's not tuned correctly...that guy should really go to a proper dyno tuning shop and get the thing running right...who knows if it's leaning off at the top end if you don't get it dyno tuned!

He may even have a buggered fuel pump, injectors or regulator...who knows without getting it properly checked out?

P.S. Craig...may go to the dyno thing tomorrow..i'll give u a holla bcos it's supposed to be early and I may be doing a late nighter 2nite.....

Aren't there piggy-back 'puters that trick the computer to run boost? Personally I'd run an aftermarket unit tuned to the engine and boost levels.
