98 gtp failure

ok i thought my supercharger died! car will run on six, but when it goes to boost, it dies! replaced fuel filter, and plugs, did'nt help1 so instead of throwing money at it, i took it to the dealer. he calls and says, "I got good news for you" you have a plugged cat and evap can. since i live in california (yes, not all things are bad here) they have a smog law here that covers those parts with a 8 year warranty!! so it is free..free free!! kick butt. here i thought i was going to have a huge supercharger bill, and now nothing! SWEET

Um....all cars have an 8 year/80,000 (I think) mile warranty on emission control components....no matter what state you live in. :evillol:

i never knew about that warranty. well never mind about the fix! the dealer are dorks like always. suddenly, after all the parts they put on and said it should fix it, they called and said it is doing the same thing. so i am back to thinking it is the supercharger! i hope it is not, but if it is, i guess i will call that place in canada and order one and spend saturday fixxing it.
