2000 Z71 Tail Light Covers

I bought a very nice 2000 Z71 Tahoe last year and unfortunately it got severely damaged in an accident in May. I have fully repaired the beast save one thing: the original black tail light covers that came exclusively on the 2000 model Z71. Would anyone have any idea how to get a pair of these covers?
