I am looking at my 2.2L 2001 Rodeo S and am wanting to replace the hampster with a 3.2L What all would I need to accomplish this swap?

I know the engine but as far as ECm or other parts I am clueless. Has anyone ever done this swap before and do you have any pointers?

I Think It Would Be Better To Trade It In And Buy A 6 Cyl Model The Engine Will Cost Somewhere In The Neighborhood Of $3,000 For A Good Used One Thats Not Including The Harness ,pcm Alarm Module, Time And Effort Alone Just Would Not Be Worth It Dont Forget About Frame Mods

Well,
Kinda of impratical to do so. My wife bought the Rodeo about 2 weeks before we got married and she owes like 9K on it still so getting a new one is off limits. I was hoping I could find a totaled (body wise) and rip the insides out from it. I also need to add Tilt and cruise control to the beast.
