Let's help AF

Hello my dear friends.

I got contacted by Igor, and he has a really cool idea that he suggested to me. He wants me to help him, and I sure will do my best to do so. ;)

I guessed why not ask all the members here at wonderful AF to help this community grow, so this is why I am posting this.

Igor asked me to help the forums grow by posting very general, yet informative posts. As we all know, AF has hundreds of forums, and he said he would like all forums to have at least one post. I looked over the forums, and looks like we're far from it :p

So here's the deal:

He asked me to start filling all the forums with posts such as this one I have made:

Basically, Igor asked me to post this kind of thread about as many cars as possible,
he wants me to include

an article
some photographs
my own opinion


I will be doing my best to show Igor what I got... cause I kind of wanna become a moderator :rolleyes:

Anyone want to help make AF the greatest?? :cool:
I think we can accomplish this mission much faster if we do it together.

oh and I forgot to add, if you do decide to help out, then you are welcome to send the pics you want to include to igor so that he can upload it on the server, because some sites don't allow outside linking to images.:cool:

Im telling you guys, it's easy and quick, but I agree with Igor on the opinion that it will help AF grow.:cool:

no this is not spamming, I just thought that maybe if we add more content, there will be more discussions going on, and that will work as a magnet to get new people, etc.. to sum up, i think this will help AF grow...

and remember, there are a lot of things I could do to you in return if you decide to help. :rolleyes:

Exactly. With a small amount of members, we don't get tons of posts, so discussion is limited. But, the more we talk, the more people we will draw.

How about if all of the moderators try and at least post something in their own forums? That way we can kind of avoid duplication, and hey...we're moderators, we should have some responsibility, eh?

So, I'll give it a shot...oh, but I'm going to go out of my forum and do an Opel GT write up. later.

With 65 thousand categories, no wonder there are no posts. You have to click 17 links before you can find where you want to post.
