these might be a bit silly cause i never spray lacquer from airbrush all i use is acrylic... but so many colours come in lacquer just can't resist....


1. is acetone ok for thinning out lacquer paint if not what do i use....

2. are the model master metalizer already thin enoguh from teh bottle or do i have to thin them otu more...

3. some these metallizer say buff it after 10min what does that mean... cause doesn't buffign the metallic colour make it look uneven....?

4. do i clean my airbrush with acetone after sprayign the laquer or do i have to use stonger stuff??

1) Use lacquer thinner, acetone won't even harm it.

2)Never used the metallizers before

3)It's not like buffing a metallic paint, all you do is take a dry cotton cloth and buff it till it shines. Don't use rubbing compound or wax. They have a sealer for them that is like a clear coat and keeps the metallizer from rubbing off.

4)Same as number 1.
