conversion

I have heard that an auto can be change to a 5 speed. Just wondering if this is true. If so then the real question is this, will i have problems later on down the line with the 5 speed or will i have more problems with the auto. No bullsh*t answers neither. I just need to know which way would be better. So it will either be a h22 sport shift/auto, or it will be a h22 5 speed.

yes you can.Ether one will cost an ass load to fix.5spd more efficient than slush box.
