Turbo Time

Hey i now have 2200$ worked up and am about to go out and find a B16A2 engine for my Sol. Though im not sure where to begin. I've gotten websites in teh past but everything seems really expensive. Does anyone know where i could find a really nice quality engine for a great price? :2cents:

And yes im looking in toward the future. After i raise up more money i want to purchase a turbo and exhaust that will handle the turbo. Im not sure which i want to purchase first. at first i want to get the exhaust but im not sure if it'd be ok to get exhaust that works great with turbos before getting the turbo.

i'd go after a b18a or b18b they have a lower red line, but they have more torque than the b16 series. Also with a less air being crammed into the cylinder...aka no Vtec the cylinders get a bugger boost from a turbo with no internal mods (rods, sleeves etc) b16 you can run about 8psi stock, and b18 you can run about 12psi stock. Plus the B18b is pretty darn cheap. As to where to buy, go to a car show, talk to some honda ppl, get a connection, someone will know someone. That's where your best deals come from...and no shipping
