front end grinding noise

I love my 95 Accord with 103K miles on it. Just started making a front end gridding noise and is more noticeable around 35 mph and above. Any thoughts?

Thats not enough information. When does it happen(speeds, cruising, acceleration, braking, cold, hot, bumps, etc.)?
