98 Stratus wont start

I have a 98 Dodge stratus when when you tuen the key it doesnt make a sound. No clicking or anything. I checked the battery and power windows, and lights work. Radio will not come on. In Fuse box under hood. ignition fuse was blown. Can some one tell me what may cause that to happen?
