speeding ticket

ok i dont remember exactly how this joke was told to me...
guy gets pulled over speeding. officer approaches and asks for drivers license/insurance.
"I don't have a drivers license or insurance. This car doesn't belong to me."
The officer looks at him puzzled.
"Who does it belong to?"
"Some guy I stole it from. He's in the trunk."
"He's in the trunk?!"
"Yea. Well parts of him anyway."
The officer immediately calls for back-up. Two cars arrive at the scene. The officer quickly explains the situation, the other officers cautiously open the trunk.
"There's nothing in here."
The back-up officers approach the driver while the first officer inspects the trunk confused.
"We don't understand, he told us that you murdered the owner of this car, hacked him up, and threw him in the trunk."
"What else did he tell you!!? I was speeding?!!"
