b20/vtec reving problem??? Pr3 ECU

I have B20/vtec and yeah it starts and revs to 2500 but just sits there and bounces from 2200 to 2500.. like hiting rev limiter... I also have a venom intake so i don't have a EAC anymore could that be the problem??? Also when i hit the gas it bogs the revs after i let off the gas??? what do you think...

Umm.. yeah, only if he is OBDI, and then, thats still an if.

What throttle cable do you have, are you OBDI, or pre OBD, whats your timing set at? Need a little more info.

I can't get it to idle so i don't know what the timing is set at and it
obd-0 everything is set to stock....
